These listings are in .WRI format and contain the most common/frequently used medical diagnoses and procedures codes used by Home Health agencies to describe patient-related activities to Medicare. Using this listing rather than the volumous, commercially-available code books will save users much time and grief. The files may be used while 'open' on the user's computer, but also have been carefully formatted so that users can print out 'hard' copies. Suggested instructions for both of these operations are in the 'README.WRI' file included.
